Instagrammable Restaurants in Paris

I was in Paris 2 days ago for my third time this year, and each time I discover somewhere more magical and beautiful than the last. Paris is full of hidden gems, and in light of my recent trip and already having the holiday bleu's... lets talk about some of the best restuarants, bars and cafe's that will make the perfect instagram post!

Cafe de Flore

The concept: Cafe de Flore was opened in 1880 and is one of the oldest cafe's in Paris. In the 1920s it was a popular hub for famous writers and philosophers and is now mentioned and shown in several Hollywood and Parisian movies and songs.

The location: It is located at the corner of Boulevard Spain-German and Rue Saint-Benoît

Our favourite thing on the menu: there isnt much that is very 'instagrammable' about the food here, but its delicious nethertheless. Try the dippy eggs and soldiers for a tasty breakfast!

The photo: The best instagram worthy shot here is standing outside the cafe with views of the sign and canopy.

Ralphs

The concept: Ralph's was opened in 2010 and is owned by the luxury clothing brand, Ralph Lauren. It's an all-American cuisine restuarants and inside, decor related to all things R Lauren with precious horse and hunting paintings, dark oak furniture, a large fireplace and tartan pillows.

The location: Set at 173 Boulevard Saint-Germain, in Ralph Lauren's four story shop

Our favourite thing on the menu: Make sure to get a coffee or tea after your meal to get a tower of toffee-drizzled popcorn on the house – very Instagram-friendly.

The photo: Try to get a table in the outdoor courtyard for a cosy lunchtime pic!

Bambini's

The concept: Bambini is a new Italian restuarant with great views of the Eiffel Tower and great traditional budget-friendly Italian food. Decor includes high and low tables, embroidered bar stools, large chandeliers and a floor to ceiling show stopping bar.

The location: Palais De Tokyo, 13 Av. du Président Wilson, 75116 Paris, France

Our favourite thing on the menu: The menu differs seasonally, and we got to experience the menu inside and we loved the truffle aranchini!

The photo: For a sparkling photo hit the terrace at 9pm when the Eiffel Tower lights up!

Pink Mamma

The concept: Pink Mamma restaurant in Paris is something straight out of a fairy tale! The 4 floor trattoria is owned by the Big Mamma Group, well-known for Ave Mario and Gloria in London. The decor looks like something out of a small Italian village with green brick walls, lemon jars outlining the room and a gorgeous champagne bar.

The location: Find them on 20bis, Rue de Douai, 75009 Paris

Our favourite thing on the menu: Big Mama group are well known for the deserts so I wouldn't give this a miss, plus's the menu holds a section just for their delicious Burrata's!

The photo: An insta shot on the stairs with the Italian portraits and ivory walls in the background!

The Peninsula

The concept: The Peninsula Paris brings a new dimension to fine Parisian dining. A timeless and elegant Parisian cafe that specialises in afternoon tea.

The location: Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world's most famous monuments

Our favourite thing on the menu: The afternoon tea here is a great instagram shot and of course, adding bubbly makes it that big more luxury!

The photo: Head to the top floor and ask for a table by the window for views (and photos..) of the Eiffel Tower.

Laduree Champs Elysees

The concept: You can't take a trip to Paris without bringing back the famous Parisian macaroons from Laduree (if you do forget like me St. Pancras International has a pop up). Mr Laduree opened its first bakery in 1871, but their rise to fame came in 1930 when his little cousin, Pierre Desfontaines, had the original idea of the double-decker, sticking two macaron shells together with a creamy ganache as filling.

The location: 75 Ave, Champs Elysees

Our favourite thing on the menu: Well Macaroons of course! (Particularly the rose)

The photo: Outside the shop door makes for a great spot, as does the brunch hall inside!
